About Serdika Pavilion

The initial concept of the lodging is to provide homey accommodation style that fits for travelers who have been away and long for the homey atmosphere.

Serdika Pavilion

Serdika Pavilion is located in Jalan Perwira, no. 37, Kaliaga, Berastagi. Just 10 minutes walk from the city center (Tugu Perjuangan or War Monument) that makes Serdika Pavilion is reachable to the most touristic places in the town. Not to mention Mount Sibayak, The Hot Spring, Golden Temple, and even just 7 minute walk to the Fruit Market and just by the slope of beautiful Gundaling Hill.

There are  6 rooms available with personal bathroom and hot shower. Pantry can be used by the guests as well as to store some foods in the fridge.

Well experienced tour guide who speaks English very well. Our tour guide could take you to magnificent places that your guide book doesn't tell you.

General information

Serdika Pavilon was established by the end of 2012 by Ginsu Family. It was based on the family interest in tourism, hospitality, and making friends from different nationalities and background.

The family itself really loves traveling and have been traveling to many countries, therefore those experience gives insight what travelers want and need.

The vision is to give local warmth and to introduce local culture to the travelers.

How to reach there?

Deluxe Double Room

From Medan, take public bus to Berastagi and alight in Tugu Perjuangan. From Tugu Perjuangan take a walk through Jalan Kaliaga, just straight for about 200 meters. 

Or take BAYU transport, a mini van colored in purple. The fare is only Rp 2000. Alight in Serdika Pavilion, right in front of Surya Indah junction.
